    The head straps on the Don Pare muzzles designs 110, 112, 101 and 107 are made to fit sighthounds who have relatively thinner necks than other breeds.
     
    If your dog's neck is bigger  than 15" when measured around the base of the ears then you can add an extension strap which fit onto the existing straps.
    The extension strap can also be used if the head strap won't fasten due to the dog having an exceptionally long head.

      If you have any problems or queries with your purchase please contact us so we can work out the best way forward. 

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to have it returned back to us. For muzzles this is extended to 3 months as we appreciate it may take some time to accustom your dog to the muzzle.

      Returns are accepted and refund will be given on receipt of the returned item, which must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging where appropriate.

      Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Postage

      Orders placed before midday will posted the same day. 

      Next day Delivery- orders placed after midday may not be posted until the following day, although we will try our best to get them in the post the same day, regardless of when the order is placed.

      Covid has had a long lasting affect on postal services, throughout the world companies are struggling with staff absences and a smaller workforce to allow social distancing at work. This means the timescales for delivery are unpredictable with  some parcels delayed by weeks. 

      We are willing to continue to post internationally but please be aware we have no control over timescales.

      Should your parcel be declared as a loss we will facilitate the claim from Royal Mail, however please be aware of the maximum amount we will be able to claim on your behalf and payout to you.​

      International Standard insures your parcel up to a value of £20 International Tracked insures your parcel up to a value of £50

      You can increase the amount of insurance up to £200, please select "International Tracked Plus" at checkout.

      International orders welcome, please check postage costs during the checkout process.

      N.B International Standard is only insured for a value of £20 and posted at your own risk (we will provide proof of posting). International Tracked parcels are fully insured.
