How much is U.K postage? Parcels up to 2kg are £4.40 Royal Mail tracked 24hr  and £3.50 Royal Mail tracked 48hr. Some smaller items will fit into the small letter category and cost from £1.80.

Do you ship worldwide? We do! We will ship anywhere in the world. You can choose an International      Standard Service or a Tracked Service.

International Standard insures your parcel up to a value of £20.

International Tracked fully insures your parcel.

Should your parcel be declared as a loss we will facilitate the claim from the Royal mail, however please be aware of the maximum amount we will be able to claim on your behalf and pay out to you.

How long does it take to get my parcel? We post out daily Monday to Friday. International parcels  usually take 7-28 days and is dependent on the Customs in the receiving Country, and as such is beyond out control.

Orders are usually despatched within 1 working day of being ordered, however at busy times and for custom items it may take up to 72hrs.

I filled out the form or sent a message- how quickly will I receive an answer? We try and answer all queries as fast as possible, however the email isn't a manned email box and it may take up to 72hrs to receive a reply. If you don't receive a reply then please feel free to send a nudge!

I am an international customer will I have to pay import tax on my order? Some, but not all Countries charge an import tax for goods sent from the U.K, the amount charged is different for each Country and remains the Customers responsibility as we do not collect this payment on your behalf. This is particularly important for EU Countries as the UK is no longer part of the EU.

Can the treats be sent internationally? Please check with your Country's import rules on food as not all will allow the import of Treats, causing your parcel to be returned to us.
