We try to despatch all orders the same day, (Monday to Friday) however this isn't guaranteed and can be the following day. Parcels are collected Monday to Friday only, and orders placed after the Friday collection will not be despatched until the Monday.

International Standard insures your parcel up to a value of £20 and is not a tracked service.

International Tracked insures your parcel up to £200 and is a tracked service.

Should your parcel be declared as a loss we will facilitate the claim from the Royal Mail, however please be aware of the maximum amount we will be able to claim and payout to you.
